 | The hotel is the Radisson near the airport - $89 per night per room (all are suites) including breakfast for two and evening cocktail hour. Parking is free. We have backup hotels near for overflow if needed. |
| Registration info will be part of the registration form, which I will have in September. People will call the hotel direct and reserve. We have the option of early arrival or late stay at the same room rate. |
| We will have a large hospitality room and can arrange meeting rooms as needed. Our registration fee covers snacks and beverages in the hospitality room, name tags, a memento and other costs. |
| We will seat you by unit at major dinners. |
| Please get you reservations in as soon as possible to insure rooms in the main hotel, especially if you will be arriving early or staying late since there are a limited number of rooms available at the AAFM rate. |
Our basic schedule:
| Wednesday, 6 Oct 2010 - registration and check-in, welcome party at 1800 (about $22-24 each, standup buffet) |
| Thursday, 7 Oct - breakfast, then tours of DM with mission brief and Titan Museum - half of group to each and all meet for lunch at DM |
| Buses are part of the package. Have not finalized cost yet. Dinner at hotel - possible program or entertainment. |
| Friday, 8 Oct, breakfast, golf tourney or tour of Sonora Desert Museum and San Xavier Mission (with bus and lunch), late afternoon, bus to Pima Air Museum for tour of boneyard, museum and dinner. |
| Saturday, 9 Oct, breakfast, general membership meeting with several speakers, AAFM board meeting, afternoon either free or option tour to Tubac, evening is our banquet with featured speaker |
| Sunday, 10 Oct, breakfast and depart |
The hospitality room is open any time we aren't doing something else.
